Only english language in Setting possible

I Play With iPhone and iPad ... After Update iOS 9 my Language are only in english, before German. In Settings are two possibilities... German and english, but last can not Switch off. What can i do ?

I Start the Game with Facebook and normal Registration. The Same Result. Only english Setting. I deleted the App. Download new App Drachen der Ewigkeit. Result Dragon eternity. No idea ... You can also Write German as possible.

Ich habe das selbe problem. Iphone 5s ios9 spiel ist nur noch auf englisch spielbar. Wird es in näherer zeit einen patch dafür geben?

Edit: You can't turn off english as language in any of devices or OS regardless of updates this is intended.
