Gladiator collections

So my game started to lagg immensly and I tried to close the tab, but I didn't succeed. Now the lagg caused me to missclick and pay 10g for a Helmet of Spear Striker (an item that is nothing but useless to me anyways).
I wanted to ask you to refund and reverse the 10g thing so would you be able to help me?

Any reverse of purchase costs 5 reals. Whether it's worth it for you let me know. Also post in different section next time in regards to issue like this.

typical, exactly what I expected. Which section then, if I may ask?
Oh and any info on the appbug that makes me lose about 5g on repairs each HoP? Would be nice to know all of this before I make a decision on whether I should or should not pay 5r for something that was completely out of my control.

P.S.: what is the email adress of support? Maybe they can ask some extra question so this can be solved.

Todat I lost approx 3g due to iPad app's malfunctioning...any chance of refund? Still not my fault that it malfunctions as far as you and I can see.
