Yea. This was the first thing i checked, reviewed log as well but i didn't get it
The best proof for that can also be seen on the expiration time of the dragon phials i already have in bag as it didn't refresh

Did you level up to the bracket before the boss fight? That can cause problems

Since than only attended one dual where this wasn't reproduced, as you can see however it seems like it happened to others, is this a known issue?

Aside from fixing it for the future, can i also be creditted for the missing hero rep / valor and the dragon phial?
