This is not true, BC spheres are used in ToH, but the curses do not stick. Please update the description. Should read the same as Sea Battles "During this phase, players are allowed to use Bonecrusher Spheres and develop the respective Reputation but no Curses will be inflicted on the enemy after combat ends."
