Be active , move around , minimum is 48 hours after last time you saw him before he can show up again.

Sparta Wolf, I believe he shows up in the very top right hand corner, depending on your zoom if you're on pc, he may be hidden behind the Location Options (NPC dialogues, Locations, and Instances options). I have to move my screen a little to get a target for him. There's a few locations like that. Good Luck, hope you catch him next time!
