Garuug when locked out of adan

I cannot get to garuug, I'm on a level 60 Narrative quest. If Garuug can be turned off while on the islands, please also turn him off when we're stuck in these long quests that do not allow us to roam adan freely. ">

Unfortunately it's not possible to turn of Garuug during islands.

Will you look into turning Garuug off while in those long quests that aren't really on the mainland? There was absolutely nothing I could have done to get out in time to get him. I am about to try the Underground Maze quest, knowing it'll be a long quest, and I've also been in a couple others already that take a long time before you can move freely, this was the first time I've had Garuug show up while I was locked in a quest.
