D3athKnight, when moved from Luna to Nova, they got a 'lifetime' confrontation rating. Most have been fixed, but some inactives stayed there. Since they will never win, admin didn't bother with them. Already reported a while ago and was told to not worry about it

Yes as the rating they have of few left is rather low and easy to pass you should not worry about it.
