if war starts and you are below half energy, you cannot move at all unless teleport and the energy does not replenish at faster speed. Please fix ?

That means that it will be replenished no matter how much energy i have when war starts right? If i have slightly above half ( enough for 1 step), then the energy gets to full at huge speed. If I dont move at all, it takes a normal time to replenish. It does look at least odd to me

Try refreshing(F5) upon start of war and energy should replenish at increased rate.
