Are you playing from tablet or a pc browser? If playing through mobile device please mention which exact device are you using as well as OS version it's running. If playing from pc double-check if issue persists with different browser as well as after clearing your browsers cache.

I get this problem too, on my laptop, i wondered if it is to do with flashplayer but i play through chrome and it should be automatically up to date. But i dont have this problem when i play through my phone.

yeah... I cleared cache and my laptop can't get any browser other than chrome so that can't be done
