HELP not getting full damage absorption by 10%. from Wheel of Evil Corsair
My Damage decreasing BONUS is 7.3% before Wheel of Evil Corsair is equipped, which i spent alot of gold to achieve.
When i do equip Wheel of Evil Corsair i should have 17.3%, but instead i only get 15% which is a big loss of 2.3%.
Please could you fix this.
