my Halo of Permanence I is not working? it still gave me xp? Heaven's Voice: Received:

Just check your exp bar, it won't add exp, it says so but it doesn't. ;)

The D3ath is waiting.

It's exactly as D3athKnight says while heavens voice will tell you how much you would have gotten exp doesn't actually get added.
