I don't think so. I got the 0.5 login bonus, then started a HoP a while later. The game said "You get 0.19 Reals added" and instead I got a grand total of 0.69 reals.

Clara Korn is correct here. You got 0.5 reals on 18th as daily bonus and 0.19r from HoP ten minutes later.
