Seems to be working just fine for us. Try the usual steps of double-checking with different browser and/or clearing your browsers cache.

Please try if you can upload a picture when you're logged with different character of yours. Also where exactly is the problem with uploading this time for you?

it starts to upload then just stops if it helps i can make a video and show exact... tried different character no go

Possibly the file you're trying to upload is too big, what's the size of file you're trying to upload as well as extension?

was taken on my phone shouldn't be too big cuz others take pics with their phones and last time this happened was a pic from web cam it wouldn't let me post til' a month later many others were saying can't post anything then going it got fixed cuz can post now
