i had that too, as the quests yields masteries like the 3k ones(at least for me when i had that) it should be no bug but a feature or a programmer not thinking when making the quest. if u are afraid it illigal u can cancel the quest till u get one u have to do 3k stuff for as it doesn´t go to cooldown when u cancel it
