Just killed first Sinra Robber, didn't get insignia. Yes, I did try refreshing.

Were you still getting insignias/hero of empire reputation?

Got hero rep, but not insignia.

Did you log in after the event had started?

If I am logged in before it starts, I get the quest and get insignias every time. If I log in after it has started, or log out and back in later on during the event - I don't get insignias.

It has been bugged like this for ages and reported by many people, but they are either incapable of fixing it, or more likely just don't care.

Did not recieve my "guards of the ancient temple" quest as well, and i was logged in.

Same here. I have quest banner, I track to location, dialogue that event is at this location. I get hero rep but no insignia. please fix. stop new feature development and get what you got today fixed.
