I am on my cell because dragon eternity will not load on my laptop but on my cell. What the heck is going on?

Try following the normal steps of clearing browsers cache.... etc
Also were you using your 3g connection or wi-fi on your cell at the time?

I refreshed cache on my browser but still seem to have to refresh a lot, I lost a couple traps from it and its starting to piss me off.
