game glitch

My main player is stuck in a glitch. I selected to go to Lagindar Crypt and it will not finish loading the area. I am frozen with the loading wheel moving forever and i cannot select anything except log off. I have re-logged countless times. Please help, thanks

By your main character do you mean Eternal Sorrow? Does the issue persist from a different browser?

Hi and thanks for the reply. Yes eternal sorrow is my main player. This is the first time that this has happened and i do not have many options since i play on mobile. But i let it chill over night and i just logged in and i am still stuck......

Have you tried logging through a pc? Also which mobile device are you playing from?

Is it possible for a head game master to log into my account and back my player out of the frozen loading in lagindar crypt?
