I just tried to trade in 150 Insignia of Redeemer for the key to the chest but instead of receiving the key the quest reset and left me with 0 insignias and 0 keys. Not sure if there's something I'm missing here or if it's supposed to act this way. I've tried clicking on the chest and it says I still need the key.

Tried reporting it through the in game bug reporting but kept getting a time out message.
