I realized I still had a low lvl qst, got it all done, and then it tells me to go speak to Ani-Dahlia's. I go there and she is gone, she was there 10 mins ago, when I started and when went to follow qst she is gone.

I even unfollowed it thinking it was glitched like the hunters one. But she is still missing.... so what am I doing wrong?

yes I logged out, refreshed, cleared cookies etc.
