I finished the caster of arrows collection twice and now its saying i never finished it at all. I spent reals for part of the collection items.

70 Gladiators collection counts for quest(-s) only if you still have it in your possession. Doing the gladiator battle removes the collection and it is no longer counted for quest(-s) so complete quest first before doing the gladiator fights in Colosseum.
