Helgar's Brewery, founded by Garon Helgar, is well-known not only in Sadar and Vaalor, but also outside Tartu. Bellied barrels with the trademark emblem – a lobster taking a swig from a jug of beer – are sold across the continent as well as to foreign merchants who take them to faraway lands.

The secrets of brewery are passed down in the Helgar family from generation to generation, and the family's beer recipes are guarded more carefully than gold. Any respectable tavern offers Moonriver pale ale or Loveful Margona dark beer... or any other tasty varities produced by Helgar.
