More Medallions of Permanence!

A secret council convened recently to discuss an important matter. Present were Crown-Legate Crimm, Storm-Brigadier Rand, Allur Rag-Veta, Gaor Trad, Legate Val-Tar and Colosseum's Master Davian. These esteemed seasoned warriors decided to change the rules for accessing the Trial of Combat. From here on out, any warrior who wishes to fight Adan's best will first have to prove their valor and battle mastery in the Battlegrounds.

When fighting in the Arena of Honor, Seven Bridges of Shadan or Sea Battle and proving your worth as a warrior, you will receive the Trail of Combat Quest that pits you against Crimm or Rand. Winning it will earn you the Medallion of Permanence I and the next Quest, upon completing which you will be able to upgrade the Medallion to the next level.

Medallions' stats were also changed. Experience reduction now depends on the level of the Medallion:

Medallion of Permanence I — reduces Experience gain by 50%
Medallion of Permanence IIreduces Experience gain by 75%
Medallion of Permanence IIIcompletely stops Experience gain

Medallion's effect duration is 90 minutes, their lifetime - 6 hours.

Medallions can be upgraded to a higher level. To do so, prior to battling the veterans, take part in the Arena of Honor, Seven Bridges of Shadan or Sea Battles and earn the required amount of Battle Points.

After completing the Quest for level 3 reward, you will be offered to choose between two items: the Medallion of Permanence III or the Medallion of Courage III, that increases Valor earned by 20% and Heroism earned by 15% for 6 hours.

The cooldown between Trial of Combat Quests remains unchanged.

I've spent 307 of 1275 days (24%) in the game earning exp. The other 968 days (76%) I've been level capped. I don't know why you all resist it so much. Let loose, experience isn't the end of the world. Grab some green gear if needed, do your time getting knocked around.

Trust me, it's much easier (and in my opinion more interesting) for a non/minimal casher to catch up on valor/reps/gear/mounts/... on the top end than it is to hold yourself back fearing experience.
