Cheating in Weekly Prizes and Stalling HOPs

There is a player called Betepah from a clan called Legionnaires- Valor goes against games rules in all the ways and he has no respect to rules. First, this player joins AOH and stall my clan hops. He makes each fight runs for around 30 min. There is no way to collect gold and enjoy the game if this usually happens. Second, this player clan has many alts and he uses them to cheat in arena and get weekly prizes reals. He put these reals in chest and uses them on main character. Aren't these two claims against game rules? In addition, there is also a character in this clan called Verik. This character also does the same rule-breaking. Third, he uses these alts along with Verik (from the same network) to finish clan quests, like joining fights together and this is obviously against rules. To conclude, these characters are bringing harm to game and preventing joyful players from having fun or enjoying the game. I hope an action will be taken soon against such violation.
