12th day stuck in glitched ipad quest and can not repay loan

I can not make a post in bugs since I have need shackled for a loan which I can not repay since I and still stuck in this level 61 quest. It's been almost 2 weeks now, I have not and can not do anything including pay my loan. I hope ihit can help me when he returns. I can't believe it's been 12 days and no one can help me ">

Can't exactly double-check your problem until your loan is repaid and you are out of dungeon when you do feel free to send me a message and I'll have a look at your issue again.

It was already taken care of, quest seemed to be working perfectly fine - just had to kill spectral monsters in same location for op armor drops that are given only for duration of quest chain.
