Description

Imbues the current enemy with a spell that will disable ability to change opponent for 4 rounds. The same spell is given to 4 randomly selected opponents participating in the current battle.
On hitting an enemy affected by Ultimate Black Spot or similar, the spell selects a different target.
You can use every 20 rounds.
