Description

If a character dies in battle, it immediately respawns and recovers 3000 health (the effect cannot be weakened or blocked). The respawnee has the effect Phoenix Soul, which reduces damage taken by 20%, but removes the ability to heal in battle.
Cannot be used at the same time as other vials.
