Increases the effectiveness of the talent Gift of Water. With any attack, the dragon can apply the effect Great Gift of Water to you, which during your attack with a hit spell will additionally hit the enemy with the effect of Shards of Ice VIII. Replaces the talent Gift of Water.
The talents Great Cleansing and Mighty Water of Life remain unchanged.
