Can be obtained by upgrading Parcel of Strength I.
When embedded in the nest, "Barbarian Strength" will increase strength by 4. If you have 1, the parser can be used, and it can either turn into Parcel of Strength III or Parcel of Strength I.

note well all these items are lost should you try to remove once installed, bit of a rip off really what u have to pay to get them
