Casts the Eldior's Blessing on the Character that makes him invulnerable to Hexes, but in turn forbids the Character from using Hexes himself.
Duration: 6 hours.
Can only be used outside combat.
This Insignia can be purchased in the Enchanted Scroll Shop on the Scarlet Square or the Square of the Storms upon achieving 37000 Hero of the Empire Reputation.
