WOW no one can get this scheme, not even me. they should just put it in the shop right now so people can buy it cuz most people didnt get it in a quest

i know i have been trying to get this sheme for a long time now....pallys dont get much for weapons in this game so it would be nice to be able to make this item and not have to get some one else to make it for you!!! or put them in the shop!!!
