Description

Allows to use Ranged Weapons when riding a Mount.
Increases damage dealt by Mount's Weapons by 8%. Has a 50% chance to deal a Bleeding Wound to the enemy, which makes the target lose an additional 44-61 Health over 5 rounds.
Can be used once per 6 rounds.
