Can be acquired by equipping Simple Hunter's Kit and defeating Tracked Monsters. Tracked Monsters have a chance to appear after each battle with common monsters, with the exception of Instance and Quest monsters. You receive the biggest chance of encountering Tracked Monsters when fighting monsters of your level or higher.
