Eye of the Death Dragon

Description

A consumable artifact of magicians. Using it on yourself, fight monsters and enemies of the Empire to get essence of Death for killing them.
When killing opponents below their level, the probability of getting the essence will be significantly reduced. Also, under the Eye, every 2 rounds you receive damage equivalent to 14% of your base damage.
The artifact's effect also extends to the summoned Dragon.
The artifact lasts for 1 hour.
