Description

Burns out all rage from the enemy initiator or deals damage from School of Destruction Magic, equivalent to 200% from physical blow (if he is younger than 36 level), while restoring to him all mana.
After 2 rounds, all living allied players who cast the initiator spell will receive the effect Sorcerer's Hand, which every 2 rounds for 10 rounds will restore them from 1.6 to 3.38 units health (depending on the level) for each accumulated from the enemy initiator units mana at time of application of this effect.
It can only be applied on the of the enemy initiator.
It can be used once in 60 rounds.
