Description

A projectile that allows you to make a shot from a magic bow. Applies the Poisoning effect to the enemy initiator, which will deal substantial damage every 2 rounds and will reduce mana accumulation by 90% for 10 rounds.
It can only be applied to of the enemy initiator.
You can't use while riding cerapt.
It can be used once every 40 rounds.
