Description
Releases a clot of unstable energy that is immediately annihilated by activating one of the effects:
- inflicts impressive damage to the initiator opposite. It cannot work if the target opposite is not the enemy initiator.
- one-time restores part of health to five allies. Can only work on live players.
- deals significant damage to 5 random opponents. Players killed in this way will become Phantoms.
Spends a move. Can be used once in 40 rounds.
