maybe if you had a mentor program to help with the new people like on some of the elite quests for the low ones and to give special rewards to higher levels that assist them

This is a good idea in essence, but what tends to happen is, when you call for help, everyone comes rushing as it is :) However I do like the idea of adding in mentors to aid the guardians. It is a good idea
