I can get my 0.5r bonus for a few weeks now, at first I thought I missed and then it became a pattern please help

I think that it starts at lvl 9, the realsbonus.

Ihit

D3athKnight is correct you must be level 9 to be able to receive reals bonus. Each step of bonus is unlocked gradually in early levels.
