First of all let's not insult others Verdant. Second of all player did let us know in timely manner and when it's done so we do try to exchange to right item especially if it's been bought for reals.

I did the same thing, bought the one for mace and not ax..... and I let you know as soon as it did happen, I even wrote the game... you said it was not allowed to adjust it any more, You gave me some dust for my error ( Thank you) and I had to pay again for the right item. So please explain why it is okay for it to be fixed now, but not then.... I am not trying to cause issues... I would just like to understand.
