Just got done talking with Angelia Avalon and she directed me to you to verify some questions.

Info:
My brother and I play on the same ISP.

We play on separate accounts

We play on different devices (PC/Mobile).

We are aware of the +/- 30% trading rule and have been following it.

We want to loan gear and items to each other (have read rules on this).

Concerns:
Recently (past 24Hours) we have been switching between devices. i.e. one is on PC and one is on Mobile, however, we are never on the same device together. i.e. both on PC or both on Mobile.
Will this cause issues with trading/loaning to each other or should we stick to one device only.

Notes:
We have halted all trading until we get a definite answer
