I received three coins that we were supposed to be able to turn in for prizes (bronze, silver, and gold). They have a 7 day expiration with just over 4 days remaining. The problem is they were supposed to be turned into Verona Avardis at the crossroads who is only available during the lottery. The prize offerings are substantial. Is there any work around or is the prize I worked hard for useless as a result of the timing due to the issues with the lottery?
