May I assure You that You haven't lost anything, reputation gain increase indeed works as intended after using item ( ), but we have a bug on a chat side, message reporting reputation gained (Heaven's Voice) was incorrect, You did get 50 reputation towards "Protectors" not 25! Sorry for inconvenience . This will be fixed asap.
