Hexes, Banes, increased Rating Rewards and a redesigned Shop

Hexes and Banes

New ways of making your enemy lives a living hell have appeared in Adan: you can now inflict them with Hexes and Banes (collectively known as Damnations). Warriors who have reached level 16 will be able to purchase Hex and Bane Scrolls from the Shaman Dakh-Fartul after achieving a certain level of the respective Reputation.

Hexes can only be used outside combat. To use a Hex Scroll, you must open the character interraction menu while on the same location as the intended target and click the "Inflict with Hex" button which will be available as long as you have at least one Hex Scroll in your backpack.

Banes, on the other hand, can only be used while in combat. In order to use a Bane, add the respective Scroll to the quick-access panel.  After that, you can inflict an enemy with a Bane by choosing a target from the opponent list, hovering over the Scroll and clicking the "Use" button.

• It goes without saying that Adan also offers protection from the harmful Damnations that can be bought from the Priest Gal Karion on the Scarlet Square by citizens of Sadar and from the Priest Lar-Dian on the Square of Storms by citizens of Vaalor. After purchasing a Scroll of Eldior's Blessing, you will be able to use it to protect yourself against Hexes. For the duration of the Scroll's effect no other player will be able to inflict you with a Hex.

By using a Scroll of Aeona's Mirror, player receives a chance of reflecting the Bane back on the caster. But alas, sometimes the protective magic doesn't work and the Bane will still be cast.

Removing Hexes and Banes, just as with any other type of harmful magic, can be done by clicking the spell icon on your character's portrait. A Healer's Kit of respective quality will make removing Damnations cheaper by a certain percentage.

Increased Clan Rating rewards

• Rewards for Clan Ratings have been increased. From now on, Clans will receive 5 of each Bonecrusher, Conqueror and Gladiator Trophy Caskets for placing first, three of each for placing second and two of each for placing third

• All items from Trophy Caskets are now considered Clan Items and can be transferred only between Clan members.

• Also, changes to the sets of five Bonecrusher Spheres that are given as rating rewards have been made. The Clan that placed first in the Rating will receive the Furious, Savage, Wild and Insane Bonecrusher Sets, the Clan that placed second will receive the Furious, Savage and Wild Bonecrusher Sets, аnd the Clan that placed third will receive the Furious and Savage Bonecrusher Sets.

Redesigned Shop

The main Shop's design has been changed in order to make it more intuitive and convenient to use. All item categories are located to the left, while the screen's upper part is used for specifying the search parameters. You will now be able to search for items by category, name or its part, quality (color), level range, class or availability to their characters.

To speed up the buying process, you can now use the "One-Click Purchase" mode. Enter this mode by clicking an icon in the upper right corner of the Shop screen and execute purchase instantly by clicking the desired item icon or a coin icon near it.

sigh another bad update... now the shop interface is an eyesore and not convenient to use imo and the search feature just takes up space cause it has always been easy to find stuff. and we got more stuff that is is only useful to cashers to use regularly do to the cost... I need to stop hoping for something good will happen with the updates.
oh wow, ask more more space and they found a way to take it away instead. lol This is tooo funny.
The shop was fine, now it is clunky.

Yay, for those clans who have been winning the weekly contest every week they get even more stuff to win every week.

The hexes and banes are going to be used by cashers to boost ratings thru the roof and everyone will be walking around with hexs on constantly.

Note, the banes are all spelled BuThen instead of burDen.

Questions that are not mentioned:

A: Was the flash issue fixed with this update?
B: Was the Quests issues fixed with this update?
C: Was the Pay Pal option restored?

Issues with quests as well as not being able to log-in using latest flash were fixed with this update. Also we are working hard to bring Paypal option back as soon as possible.
Whee. Now I have ANOTHER thing to be scared of.">
I don't like this... Pretty sure others feel the same.
