Alkar of Mortality

Description

Charge the Alkar with Battle Fury by taking part in the Arena of Honor, Ruins of the Ancient Capital, Tournament of Honor, and Sea Battles. A charged Alkar will allow you to upgrade green Weapon from Warlord's, Champion's and Raider's Sets to blue quality.
Any installed Marks will be transferred.
Alkars can be purchased in the Barracks after building an Outpost in the Roaming Archipelago. Chain of Quest to build the Outpost begins with the Imperial Outpost Quest, available at level 70.
