Description

Target receives an effect that:
- Transforms taken Physical Damage into Fire Magic Damage.
- Deals 25% of damage taken to 2 random targets.
- Has a chance of inflicting the Slow IX on the target or its allies, reducing their Stamina by 270 for 4 rounds.

Uses 244 Mana. Doesn't consume a turn. Can be used once per 4 rounds and only on an enemy who stands in front of you in a combat.
