Scope of reliable protection

Description

On 8 rounds grants a shield with a capacity of up to 1000 units (depending on the level).
When multiple capacitive effects are applied, shields distribute damage in chronological order.
The shield can absorb no more than 30% of incoming damage at a time.
In battles with the Elixir of Excellence, the shield has a maximum capacity of regardless of level.

Cannot be used simultaneously with self-save orbits.
It can be used once every 8 rounds. Requires a move.
